Cottony™ II Braided, Non-absorbable Suture
Cottony™ II suture features a tight, uniform Deknatel® braid that provides resistance to breaking and kink-free suture delivery.
Material: Polyester (PET)
Coating: None
Characteristics: Cottony™ II exhibits easy handling and secure knot tying. A “mechanical softening” process makes this suture feel as soft and smooth as cotton.
Indications: Cottony™ II surgical suture is indicated for use in general soft tissue approximation and/or ligation, including use in cardiovascular, ophthalmic, orthopedic, and neurological procedures.
Sizes:
- Green: 9 through 8-0 suture; 2, 3, and 5 mm tapes
- White: 9 through 8-0 suture; 2, 3, and 5 mm tapes
- Green/white cobraid: 2 through 4-0
Construction: Braided (Size 8-0 suture is twisted)
