Characteristics: Silk suture has a smooth flow through tissue while maintaining knot security.


Indications: Dekantel® silk suture is indicated for use in general soft tissue approximation and/or ligation, including use in cardiovascular, ophthalmic, and neurological procedures.


Sizes: USP 5 through 7-0


Construction: Braided


Colors:

  • Black (colorant: logwood extract)
  • White (colorant: none)

Sterilization: Ethylene Oxide (EtO)
