Design

Forging remains the most consistent and cost-effective production method for hand-held instruments. And KMedic supplies it, giving our customers a capability that provides an enormous advantage over competitors who must rely on outside vendors. The consistency of form and feel from instruments being made from the same forging is a key feature for physicians using them repeatedly. We can parallel path development of the instrument with your implant.

Manufacturing

Using KMedic as your OEM supplier gives you a host of strategic capabilities for forged instruments that include MIS (minimally invasive surgery) or standard sizes used in procedures ranging from general orthopedic, spine, arthroscopic, and trauma to reconstruction. Extensive experience, research and development are built into each KMedic instrument to construct a full prototype and to produce both pre-production and production builds to meet your specifications. The result is quick turnaround and high-quality instruments that give surgeons the most effective tools for their job.
